We are so thankful to Rydell Chevrolet for finding a major issue with our vehicle that we were totally unaware of. We knew something was not right but could not figure out what. We feel that Brian and all the other service people possibly saved our life. We have been doing business with Rydells for years but the one time we went somewhere else was a huge mistake on our part. We will never go to any other dealership and we highly recommend them to everyone. Their auto body shop does excellent work too. They are all very friendly and the customer service is over and above. Our whole experience with them has been exceptional. We would give them 100 stars if we could.
We had an absolute excellent buying experience when we purchased our GMC Acadia! Justin Bjarnason was our salesman and he went above and beyond what we expected! He was thorough and upfront with everything! He made sure we had our minds set on the right vehicle! He kept asking us if we wanted to see anymore vehicles because his ultimate goal was to be 100% sure we loved the vehicle we were going to purchase. We had no pressure from him into buying the Acadia. I say that because we had decided to go with the Acadia if we were going to purchase from Rydell. We had other vehicles we were interested in at other dealerships, but the buying experience with him was ultimately the best and that played a huge factor in us buying from Rydell. He was very patient with us and let us make the decisions without trying to talk us into buying. When we got the approval to purchase the Acadia we told him around what time we would be in. He had the car nice and clean and ready to go when we arrived!! Also all the paperwork was waiting for us when we went inside! We didn't have to wait for anything! Justin knows what it takes to give an excellent experience! I will definitely go to Justin in future purchase and I am recommending him to anyone I know that is looking to purchase another vehicle! My wife had made a call to a Rydell in Grand Forks to inquire about a new Yukon XL they had for sale. She told me she got ahold of a nice guy named Josh Barker and he wants us to drive there. I had my inhibitions about driving the 5 hours to see another vehicle, but I am glad that I went! As soon as I walked in their building I was greeted by friendly staff and offered some coffee. Josh was busy working with other customers as well, but didn’t leave me hanging. He had their Yukon warmed up and running. After I test drove, I was delighted to hear that I would deal with the same person throughout our whole deal!! Love the idea of dealing with a single individual other than have some one stroll in from a back room and act as if you’re all pals. I have always dealt with smaller dealerships because of that very simple fact, one person to deal with. Rydell was a great mix of small town dealership in the largest building/dealership I have ever seen! I was impressed by the caring staff. The gentlemen in parts and accessories was very kind, honest and real about what I wanted to add on.
