I ordered a clutch perch about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't came in and they said it would come in within 5 business days and they all just have bad attitudes.
I generally don't do reviews - but these guys are fine to deal with .
First of all I read all these reviews and there is an overwhelming number of poor reviews painting them out to be real idiots / bad guys ........... while some experiences may be true , it's simply not the norm. I have ZERO bias with them and frankly thought I'd never make a big purchase there as I'm a guy willing to go anywhere for the best deal and internet makes that possible.
Only needed a tyre swapped on a loose bike wheel, they got it done very quickly (in an hour). Staff seem knowledgeable. Pretty much anything bike / ATV needs including clothing and parts.
I showed up and the UTV was gassed up and cleaned sitting in front of building and they were ready for me with no wait . Sold me accessories at cost .
Pure and simple - poor customer service. My opinion is based off of multiple interactions in different departments and my experience has been consistent in every case. Multiple trips to the parts/service department only to experience rude employees. In fact, yesterday while waiting to be helped, I witnessed the employees make fun of a customer who was asking for help over the phone. On another occasion I wanted to purchase two outboard motors but was told the sales rep wasn't in (working that day) so I should just come back another day. What!? Sorry, I'm not on YOUR schedule. Either staff appropriately or do your best to help the customer. I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed someone to tell me if they had them available and then write up the sale...but...I wasn't even able to tell them that - just "come back tomorrow". So, I purchased elsewhere. In today's retail environment customer service is the ONLY thing that separates one business from another. Other businesses sell recreational equipment and I can order parts online....and that's exactly what I'll do. I support local business but won't be supporting this one. I am from Grand Forks and believe every business is a representative of their community and Revolutions Power Sports does not do Grand Forks justice.
Ps: parts have always been VERY pleasant to work with in many past dealings .
Very large selection of off road vehicles and street legal vehicles. But they are expensive compared to other places I seen.
Made up my mind I was going to buy new Ranger , scowered the internet and called many places. Well - with no negotiation Rev. had the best up front price period . They made it too easy for me to buy anywhere else. I made commitment on phone , my salesman handled all paperwork and I said I'd be in the next day to pick up and agreed upon time .
No regrets here
