Items that could have been performed better were as follows. I inquired about a new key and was brought to a desk where I waited and stared at an office full employees who appeared to be just shooting the breeze. After the wait a gentleman finally came and inquired about my needs. As I stated above, overall, my experience was a positive one, I do wish the whole process would have been faster, but it was the day before a national holiday and they did appear short staffed.
Overall, my experience was good. The oil change itself came with a great deal that I was happy with and the gentleman who took my information and check in on my was great to work with. They were willing to look into other small things that I had questions about and explain what they think it might be and how much it would cost.
Had the oil changed and tires rotated. They were quick and efficient. Nice waiting area with coffee and soda. A definite thumbs up!
