Oh and don't invite anyone over or they will have to park three blocks away...I highly suggest moving anywhere else.
But mark my words, you will regret signing a lease with this company. Unless of course you enjoy being ignored by the management even after several calls and emails over a broken fridge/dishwasher...(who needs em after all?), interrupted by the disrespectful manager Connie who will stop at nothing to disregard every complaint you might have..(like when the front door lock is shot and the entire complex has to use the one back door to get in for two weeks), and having your money scammed out of your pockets at every angle. If this sounds like a comforting review please...move in.
Anywhere but a Goldmark apartment.
I have never once paid rent late. I have never had a noise complaint and yet I have been treated like a guest in their complex, instead of like a paying customer.

They like to mow the lawns at the crack of dawn on Saturdays..who needs sleep after a long night of studying or going to work, right?
The maintenance doesn't give courtesy calls, they all have a key to your place and come in uninvited...whether or not you are naked in a towel or not. The cheap bastards won't replace ANYTHING. I lost hundreds of dollars in food after my freezer melted everything...even on the highest setting. Do you think they replaced it? No..it must be a glitch...give it a month. Call us. We won't call back but maybe it will make you feel better! Ha!Just keep your meat in a cooler with ice. Good luck!
Upon first glance, these apartments, along with many other Goldmark apartment complexes, feel like home. The yard is well manicured most of the time, the business office seems approachable, the apartments are good sized for the price you pay...they even allow pets!
They won't give you back your deposit for anything. You could clean your apartment spotless and they will find a hair on the toilet seat and charge you $30 to replace the whole unit.
