Terrible. I should have listened to two of my friends who stayed here the previous years I joined as well as my old co worker. My co worker stayed she had a terrible experience when moving out. So did my friends. It was best fitted for me at the time so I signed a 1yr lease. Worst mistake ever. I had an agreement with the manager about moving out a month early as long as it was rented. They stated it was rented, we payed for carpet cleaners ourselves and was waiting for our deposit. They kept our deposit, charged us for our last months rent without reaching out explaining it wasn't rented then hit us with fees. Now I have to pay last month. No deposit. And bad credit. Why bad credit? Bc l went to play bball overseas and was never contacted about this payment until I check credit karma. Thanks for nothing. I should have listened.
Wish I could rate lower than one star. Maintenance show up unannounced and let themselves in. Last time I checked, that's illegal.
I moved into the apartment at Creekside and the apartment had a chemical smell to it. I complained to the office and the manager and maintenance man both could smell it but didn't know what it was. After writing 2 letters to the home office in Fargo they came out to look at my carpets and when she showed up she denied smelling anything in the apartment. She said it smells like and apartment. I didn't know apartments were supposed to have a smell! The carpet was matted, stained and crunchy in places. She said if I moved out they probably still wouldn't replace the carpets. This girl was very rude and snotty. Basically if you want to be treated like a second class citizen this where you want to live. Second class is far from what I want to be treated like. I thank goodness that I only signed a 6 month lease.
Apartment could use some updating, but all appliances work great! Brand new fitness center is a huge plus. In an awesome location for a UND student who is looking to live a little ways away from campus. Building is quiet on a tree-lined street. Would live here another year if I could!
I absolutely love it here. When my fiance and I were going through a rough time switching jobs, they were so helpful on letting us pay rent a certain day and we've been back on track ever since. I love our home all around. Maintenance is always there on the dot to help us with everything! I'm pretty sure we're signing another year lease at the Grandview 2. The only thing I could say I'd like more of is the grass being cut. Other than that. I love where we stay. :)
