Family Atmosphere
-Relatively cheap rent and deposits
-No washer and dryer in unit and community washer and dryer get expensive at almost $2 ea
-Nice wood flooring and carpeting.
-Old appliances
-Dog park
-Nice and polite staff that will work and commicate with you
Office staff very unprofessional, maintenance would come in and NOT leave a slip so no idea of the name of individuals who were in my apartment, complained about neighbors being loud during quiet hours and they said to call the cops and the cops told us we needed to handle it with forest park so we were at loss when our 1 & 2 year old got woken up every single morning by them between 5-7am they usually woke up at 9am before we moved here. They also cannot take a nap without being woken up and are exhausted. Office staff lady came in for inspection that I had cleaned for made sure dog was kenneled for and she just walks in a few feet and walks out and pretends she did the inspection.
Good amenities. Office staff very jumbled and somewhat unprofessional. Multiple inspections for seemingly useless reasons (I had two random inspections in a couple months followed by a yearly inspection four days after the second inspection. Calls telling me I'm not allowed to use blankets as window coverings (nothing childish or obscene).
Cons:
-Lots of space (including in the rooms and storage)
Pros:
-Could hear people in stairwell and hallways
