Really cool apartments in downtown grand forks.
I lived here in college. There is some perks like underground parking and elevator. It is close to the University and downtown area. Large space and nice appliances. perfect fit for that time in my life. One major con is certain nights can be loud with kids walking home from the bars and going to Red Pepper across the street and certain apartments can hear noise from neighbors.
