Very classy establishment, the evening clerk went above and beyond to make the me feel welcome and in my opinion deserves a raise! The morning kid not so much, he made me feel unwelcome and couldn't seem to produce my receipt. Besides that it was an excellent experience! I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone. Keep up the good work, give the young man who worked the evening of 10-11-17 a good raise you want to keep him around a while, the young man the next morning I believe would be better suited for an evening shift. He did his job well just didn't seem to be a morning person.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Heat worked well, but window was drafty. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind when booking your room. I would stay here again as it was an excellent value.
I reserved a double queen as they were out of poolside rooms. I called to try to talk about possibly using the meeting room and the gentleman said there was a poolside room even though I double checked (and triple checked that it wasn't a balcony poolside) because I was told they were all booked but he assured me they were available and he would upgrade me. When I went to check in a month later, they did not upgrade me (I even checked in with the man I spoke to on the phone) but were able to get me a balcony poolside. The main reason I needed space was for my 3 year olds birthday party. We made it work in the room but still very frustrating. The pools are super warm, which is what I wanted and the rooms were clean.
Lots of amenities. Good service. Good breakfast I would definitely stay there again.
This place is horrible they authorized our card twice and said no charges would go through because we paid cash when we left the next morning but then they charged the card and did a second authorization and now telling me that it can take up to 5 days toget my money back for the double charge DO not stay here they steal your money I have been on the phone for hours between the bank the hotel itself and choice hotels. At this point they should fully refund all of my money and not charge us for a thing at this point.. I would never stay here even with a free night given to me because they still hold your card for and run a so called authorization.
