Exceeded expectations!!!! Breakfast was above average, staff was very firendly. I would def stay again
Absolutely horrible and rubbish place. When we first walked in to book a room these 2 housekeepers were looking very sketchy, I couldn’t recognize if they were from the U.S or not but that doesn’t really matter much. But anyway we forgot our tablet when we checked out and we called them the day later and they said they didn’t have it so one of the housekeepers must’ve stolen it I couldn’t think of anyone else who would since they go in and out of rooms cleaning. Long story short, we filed complaints, called the police to see if they would respond once they find it so overall DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT THINGS STOLEN! Even if you forget it I still think people should have a better mind nowadays absolute trash place do not check in here at all!
The room was very clean and big enough. Our room was actually very close to the side entrance which was very useful/accommodating! Breakfast is pretty good, there was eggs and sausage which you don't find much places and two options: waffles or pancakes! (Which is nice if you don't like waffles!) The rest of the breakfast bar was very complete with many healthy options and a variety of beverages! The pool area was not the biggest but still adequate for the average traveller. The hot tub was a decent size and was working well. The hotel itself is near many places to eat and shop which was nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating! Lemon water and cookies were offered daily at the front office and service was quick and efficient!
Perfect location being near mall and a lot of other stores and restaurants. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was also clean. Pool was good since it wasn't that busy. Hot tub could have been bigger, room was there. I would stay again
The staff here at this hotel are awesome! Especially Abby and Tina! Very accommodating for our large group of 60 plus individuals. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are great, food is good, and free access to local walking distance gym is definitely an added BIG plus! But, what really makes this hotel great is the staff. Don’t pass up the chance to stay here. Your loss if you do!
