Nice, quiet, clean, comfortable hotel. Super friendly staff. Good coffee in the morning too!
The room was lovely, the bed was big, and the service at the front desk was amazing. The people were friendly and helpful with any questions. The only issue we had was half the bed sunk in while the other half was just fine, it was like a board under the bed moved or something, so sleeping was kind of unpleasant on one side of the bed
The staff was very friendly and the lobby is very nice and welcoming, however it seems like they put way more attention to detail in the lobby instead of the rooms. There was no fan in the bathroom, which upon walking into our room, it smelled like someone was just in there. There were no tissues in the tissue box. The wifi was hit and miss. The nightstand on the wall was slanted like it is about to fall down. The doors to the exterior say they are locked, but you don't need to use a key to get in. There were no towels in the pool area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable at least. I also enjoyed that there was a mini fridge, microwave and kuerig in the room. The bar and restaurant have ridiculous hours that aren't very convenient. No breakfast included, have to pay extra. I wouldn't stay here again for the price.
Good breakfast, close to the UND campus, rooms are nice, the TV is small compared to other places, but it isn't a big deal. Over all service is great. Nice and friendly staff.
I attended a wedding reception here. The food was tasty, and the tables were well-stocked with water, at first. As the meal went on the water at our table was not refilled. The women's bathroom had hairpins, mints, floss, hair spray, and other amenities. I did see a staff member restocking it during the night as well. Overall the experience was positive.
