Slow service. I got my double cheese burger after half an hour. More than 20 people behind me have got their food earlier than me. It's only a double cheese burger, not a double double double double double cheese burger. I hope it's not because I used a coupon for the order, or because of my name or Asian face. Anyway, they didn't explain the reason to me.
Wendy's atmosphere and customer service is unrivaled. Staff makes mistakes from time to time but is always willing to fix you up right, no fuss. Keep it up Wendy's!
Food is great. Young window cashier person, didn't have very good customer service skills. It appeared to be painful for the employee to work the window and give basic service like asking for some napkins and receipt.
Very disappointed with the management for this Wendy's. The cashier was doing everything. Ringing up the food and having to go and get the food to put on the trays. As 5 employees were working the drive-thru. As the kid is working really hard up front, one of the employees comes up and tells him he needs to work faster. Management and work ethic was not good.
I always get good food from here, they rarely mix up my order and the staff is always friendly
