This place was horrible!! Food was cold when came it was disgusting all good was wasted!! Left hungry!! My most disgusting experience was when I ordered a drink and the bartender picked the other servers teeth in front of me and then made my drink with out washing her hands!! Then when the drink was served there was a bug in the glass!! If I could give it no stars I would!! The manager was kind to my face but when walked away to confront The bartender they were laughing about it!! Will never go there again the owner needs to rethink staff to keep customers!! Not to mention my party I was in was huge 4 hungry children and three hungry thirsty adults!!
Great food and service. I ordered something I normally wouldn't order and was not happy with it. The server was quick to get me something different and the manager checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was satisfactory. They went above and beyond what I had expectes.
The radio is a little too loud. But the service is great. The place is clean. The food is spot on great. I got the 2 for $20 the whiskey burger was amazing. They asked if we wanted pink or no pink in the meat . I got pink. Juicy. Definitely recommend trying this burger.
This was by far my best experience at BWW (not that it has been bad in the past). The service was just right... no hovering and no searching for your waitress when you needed something. Also, the French fries were the best I have ever had at a BWW. Usually they are soggy and cold when you get them. Today they were piping hot and super crispy. Loved the improvement to the fries!
Always a fun atmosphere, great service and good food. We used to come for the riblets but they were removed from the menu, kind of a disappointment.
