This has been 2nd time we have been here and both times were just awful! The service was terrible the wait time was over 20 minutes today just for 2 blizzards. I happen to see a employee put his finger in a blizzard after wiping around the rim. The assistant mgr watch him do it and didn't care. Where are the gloves???? I was almost hit twice in the parking lot from the drivers coming through the drive through. Worst parking lot ever!
Food was alright but the service absolutely sucked! If I was that bad at my job I wouldn't be employed.
They use their hands on u guys food..no gloves at all.i just work there like two month ago and it's still the same u can't catch me eating there ever...plus they all are nasty.but hey if u like ur food touch by so many hand before it gets to u by all means help ur self to sickness.so body really going to sue that place.and I don't blame them at all.

Floors need cleaning because of a malt spilled on the floor.. Very noisy since all tables and chairs are almost on top of each other. Service slow. Need more workers to take care of every customer and not have to wait 10 minutes for food.
