The last few times we have visited this store, we have been greeted by employees who clearly look like they hate their jobs. They do not even try to act friendly towards customers, but rather inconvenienced by their presence. We have also stopped in 3 hours before they close and they have stopped making food for the night and couldn’t make our order as requested, we thought we would try going during lunch recently and had the same problems. Very disappointed.

Food was fine it was hot and good the service was awesome! I do agree seems like the amount of food you get is not as much as years ago but we had great service! They were good to us, we didn't have to wait on them they had to wait on us as we could not figure out exactly what we wanted! Thank You KFC! Btw staff including manager were so patient and kind to us we will for sure be back!
This place has definitely improved! A year ago I would have gone just about anywhere else. Now I have to make it to KFC at least once a week. Friendly staff, quicker chicken, and great value meal prices keep me coming back!
Ordered a huge meal...they forgot about us. Waited in car at least 40 minutes. Said they were sorry and gave us 4 cookies and some burnt biscuits to make it better. Ahh not impressed with there night staff on Oct 4th 2017 . Lot of resurants in grand forks and not going to this one anymore.
