I am giving them 5 stars but maybe an average eating place. From what I am told about company, they get 5 stars. Employees get 5 stars.
This restaurant had such a pleasant atmosphere. Great lighting, clean surroundings and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.
I pretty much rate every place that's decent 5 stars. So I would have to rate this 10 stars. Quick, organized, and clearly ready for the opening. It was 100% the top fast food experience I have had. My chicken sandwich was excellent! I hope as things calm there they continue to produce very fresh food and keep their training and customer service as top notch as it is now. It's very impressive. Was my first Chik visit ever and definetly not my last.
We ate there Friday evening at peak time. There was a little oops getting our food but the wonderful staff took no time at all taking care of it. We did't have to leave our seats and the staff handled it. An oops may happen to anyone but they sure know how to fix it and keep a customer happy. I actually look forward to eating there again and highly recommend every else give them a try.
They've handled the opening really well, even with a line out the door the wait is only around five minutes. I think Chick-fil-A takes the crown for best chicken in Grand Forks. That's a low bar mind you, but as far as fast food goes this is a quality choice.
