I have had tires put on here without any issues in the past and the staff was helpful and courteous. This year - not sure what happened. Was shopping out work tires for a vehicle and it seemed like they didn't really care and were somewhat standoffish like I should know anything about tires. I went in and listened to their interaction with other customer before myself - same ordeal. I must have caught them on a bad day. I got a quote 'all winter tires are the same'. Called in to schedule an appointment and the same attitude. Forget it. I'm going with a local competitor after calling them. They seemed more than happy to help.
Brought my truck in for a small vibration, ended up replacing all the front end parts, oh well... still vibration. Said pinion seal was leaking so (fixed) that 700 miles away I have gear oil all over the side of my truck as well the front of my camper, leaking out of the pinion seal. So I limp my truck back home and they (fix) it free of charge. 4 days later and maybe 500 miles I have a nasty grinding noise in my front end. I use my truck for work. I didn't have time to bring it to grand forks since I was out of town I went to the dealership in fargo and they had someone look at it right away. Well they over tightened the pinion nut and smashed all my gears in the front end. Well this time they were gonna fix it and do it right sent a tow truck to fargo to get it and delivered back when it was done. All in all I paid close to and maybe over $3000 and it's not even a year later and I'm spending another $300 to replace a pinion seal. These guys are not competent to be turning wrenches, so unless you just need to put some air in a tire I would stay away!!

Poor customer service!! I call them to report an issue with an alignment they performed on my truck, and they called me 3 weeks later to finally discuss what happened. I just wanted a refund on the work even though I needed to replace a part due to them not tightening the collar for the tie rod adjustment. I would recommend to stay away from this business they will not fix the problem, and you will be out double your money, because you will just have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed right!!
