I bought my tires at Sears 1 year ago. Upon driving my car with them on - the stearing wheel was at about a 90 degree angle to drive straight and my ABS light came on. Sears blamed it on some part of my suspension - took it to the dealer - they said 'No - Sears can and should be able to fix that'. Sears then spent a day getting it right.

The employees were very friendly and even out the plates on my car for me. It took about 30 minutes for me to get my oil changed and they topped off my wiper fluid for me. The sales guy told me about the specials and didn't give me a bunch of BS when I was checking out about extra services I needed. I'll be back if I am in the area.

Changed my oil today only to realize not only did they use a USED oil filter. It was also the wrong size.

Took my car here to get an oil change February of 2016 while I was in a pinch and couldn't do it myself. Paid for the extended life Valvoline oil.

Will not be taking my car here again.

One year later (only 6000 miles on the tires - most highway) my car started wobbling. Went in to check the balance (I have my tires rotated at my oil change place for quickness) - Sears said the tires are balanced but I have two bent rims (as well as 'leaking rear shocks). I bought two new rims and had them put on at a local Tire store as they had an immediate opening. This store let me know that one of my tires was putting 58lbs of road force - causing the wobble on the highway. They said it was more than likely a bad tire (flawed). They also said my shocks were fine and that Sears needs to look at the bottom of the shock - not the top where my cars drains the water from the trunk - Common mistake for 'less experienced' mechanics. As I only had 6k on these tires they should have been under warranty so I took it to Sears again. My car was slightly out alignment they stated so there was 'nothing they could do for me'. This whole thing started when the car suddenly started wobbling - It seems to be more of a tire failure. What do I know though (as well as the local tire store). . . . I know I will not buy anything at Sears (from any department) -Thanks for my worst auto experience ever. (FYI - apparently my rear shocks are still 'leaking') HA - The employee's are very nice - but one would think they'd work with me on replacing or pro rating on one tire. Pretty stupid to loose my business over that.

I have brought my car to this Sears Auto Center for years. They are helpful, have great prices, and do work quickly. They are always very nice and honest about the work they are doing. There was an issue where my hood shocks didn't hold my hood up. This resulted in the grille being broken when they fixed my car. It wasn't explicitly their fault because the shocks on the hood were faulty, but they bought me another grille to replace the part that broke. I really appreciate their help whenever I have to take my car there.
