I am very displeased with the service because they sent me the wrong part. I tried to call to get the issue resolved but all I get is a voice message, I left my phone# and no-one returned my calls.
Part was delivered on time ... It was the correct part ... And I am quite pleased with the part and Rydell ... Will use them in the future if necessary ...
Wrong size part, was for a lacrosse and was sent trunk mat for smaller model Buick.even after I provided the vin to ensure correct fit. I sent multiple emails to return part and was never to this point contacted to return such part or offered a replacement. Absolutly no response at all. I would suggest buying from another company as this one is not customer service oriented.
