Called the week before to reserve a 15 passenger van for a Saturday. Went to pick it up and no one was there. Almost 2 hours after the stated "Open" time. Left a note on the door and drove away. Got a call an hour later that they had my note but no reservation. The "decided to help me out" and got a well used one ready for us. Not the best customer service.
