This was the best location I have ever been too and we travel a lot. They saved our stress levels so so much and prevented me from having to drive all the way to Indianapolis to catch a flights I believe his name was Kyle and Scott. Everyone in there was very pleasant and helpful. I can't say thank you enough.
Wouldn't let me use my insurance that I booked for online and I had got into an accident and had to pay through my own insurance
My mother needed a rental, due to a vehicle issue of her own. They gave her so many issues and belittled her that she felt horrible. I came in to pay for the rental for her and i get a dirty look from one of the workers there. I get asked if i have rented with the company before i say yes. Even though i have, they still wasted my time by asking me all my information again. I will NEVER rent from this company again.
Rent a car here every few weeks for weekend trips- Gaby is really great! Always super helpful, organized, cars nicely detailed and well-kept. I have always had a really good experience when working with this location.
