Although my dog received care here, his passing brought to light the glaring customer service challenges and lack of customer importance. Upon the unexpected death of my fur baby when calling to inquire on cremation options I was very aware that I was interrupting their day. No words of concern or sympathy. A week later when I called to have his death documented in his record... Again no words of sympathy. I was acutely aware that the welfare of my pet was not why they were working. My disappointment made me question the care of my pet and seriously doubt I can trust their abilities to care for another.
Dr Gigstad and his staff are awesome! They treat our fur kids as if they were their own!
A big shout out to Heidi! I was out of my dogs prescription food and was not able to get there until after closing hours. I called and spoke with Heidi and asked if I could pay over the phone and if they could leave the food outside someplace and I would pick it up after work. She did one better than that. She brought it to my work! I so appreciated the extra effort on her part. Thanks!
I took my dog in to have her ear looked at because I was sure she had an infection. The vet was so sweet to her and made her feel more comfortable with every step. They were super friendly to me as well as I asked questions to get a better understanding for her treatment. I highly recommend them as they are exceptional every time we have been there.
Best vet in town, we will definitely go back here! Dr. Lord was so good with our dog, and was incredibly helpful and caring. It was great to be greeted by such bright and pleasant staff, and the vet tech (Brittany) was very helpful and gentle with our dog. They remember your pets by name and show a legitimate interest in their well being. The prices are very reasonable, and well worth it for the service you receive.
