We had to wait about 15 minutes and could hear just how busy they were (we were next to the front desk). However you could never tell how busy Dr. Muelebroeck was once he came in to see our dog, it was as though we were the only patients he had. He patiently examined our dog and took the time to explain all of our options and answer our questions.
At the end of the day the staff at Grand Valley Animal Hospital took a VERY difficult situation and prevented it from being any more difficult than it needed to be. We miss our baby but know she was in good hands as were we.

I immediately called Grand Valley and spoke to their front desk staff. I explained what was going on and they said they would speak to the Vet and call me back. Within minutes they called me back and told me when you bring her in.
Staff is wonderful with our puppy. Very considerate of our concerns as owners, just a great place in general.

When we made the difficult decision to euthanize our dog it was handled with great compassion from every staff member we encountered. Dr. M even made a ceramic pawprint personally.
We've been taking both our cats here for past year and a half now. Vets and techs are very nice and are excellent at what they do! I recommend them to anyone who is newly searching for a vet.
Upon arriving we were brought straight to the exam room and it was explained to us that it may be a short wait as Dr. Muelebroeck was extremely busy due to it being a Monday and them being short-staffed today.
Sadly we woke up this morning to our 15 year old dog throwing up. Knowing that she is older and not doing so well we kind of knew what was coming. Her condition had deteriorated significantly over the last few weeks and it was her time.
