Staff is always friendly and helpful. 99 percent of the time find what I'm looking for. LOVE the sales and coupons also the Members Only program.

Best customer service around! I wanted the last light up deer it was a display. The associates in the floor were extremely friendly especially I was in at almost 10pm after a 12hr day friendly faces were nice to see. Even got help carrying to my car. No fuss and it was 4 below! Will definitely shop Michael's over other craft stores in the future if staff is always this great and genuine!
