A most enjoyable experience my wife and I had at the Grand Forks, ND Shoe Carnival. We probably would not have entered this mall store, but Shawn was making an announcement over the PA system in their store that caught our attention as we walked by. He stated something like..."This Sale will end in 15 minutes!" From there I had Jenn direct me to the men's shoes that were on sale and my wife found her section. Fedd, Sales Associate, was professional and extremely helpful without being pushy or presumptuous. Jennifer and Fedd worked in unison providing me with the best customer service. Fedd went beyond the normal shoe clerk with explaining what my proper shoe size is and how to determine the best support for my foot condition. I was surprised that no one worked on commission and that associates helped each other with a want to attitude. Very impressive! The DM, Brian, was on site to accept my feedback and praise of the wonderful service Audrey and I received today. I believe we will be back again and again. Thank you for providing a shoe store with knowledgeable staff and tremendous helpful and courteous staff.
I will never shop here again.
