The store is alright. There's nothing special about it, and if you want higher end shoes, this is not the place to go
Pretty poor service. Saw 4 workers and all but one avoided us, the one who did notice us gave us a rather annoyed hello from the register. Despite the fact that you get no service or help the shoes are very expensive. And you help yourself amongst the racks, so it's every man for himself here with high prices comparable to Tradehome or Finish Line where the associates actually help you. Will definitely NOT be returning. This is why stores are dying.
Great friendly service. We're from Canada so we price compared on the web while we were shopping. They had a buy one get one 50% off sale and with the exchange it was so worth it. It's nice to get good quality shoes like new balance at a better price than you can find a Canadian Footwear, but you will have to do your homework.

Fabulous customer service. I’m one that does not like to be pestered the whole time I’m in a store. If I needed help I asked and they were more than happy to help. Very friendly and bubbly staff.
