I am very happy with Great Plains service. Whenever I call, they stop out promptly and they always take the time to explain the problem and give me my options without an overcharge. I trust Great Plains and will have them come back again the next time I need service!

They were sub-contracted to hookup propane to my new furnace. They connected propane without checking the orifice. This resulted in the heat exchange clogging with soot. The 3 month old furnace needed to be replaced. When I brought this to the attention of the manager at Great Plains (Tom) his response was "show me our signed contract". My contractor picked up the bill, he said he would deal with them personally.
Do not expect quality service from this company use at your own risk and waste of time. Scheduled an appointment wasted an entire day waiting and got nothing for my time.
