Steve & Ollie (I hope I'm spelling right) a very nice Irishman yes they were running behind but they called us right away when they got to my house went right to work removing our 17 yr old water heater and replaced it with a wonderful new 50 gal high efficiency one. The fixed a pipe that has 3 pressure valves in it for some reason then ran a copper line to our refrigerator which was great.
Called the business on a Saturday to have a plumber come look at a small leak. The guy that answered the phone took all my info and told me I have a 12noon confirmed appointment. The tech would be there at noon to look at problem. Nobody ever showed up to look at the leak at all that day.
We will be using them in the near future for our basement bathroom & fixing the old cast iron drain under our kitchen sink so we don't have anymore issues in this old house we bought.
