Customer service was great. There were some 'hidden fees' but that was the only con to this business. I was able to get my truck fast and without issues. Overall it's a great place to do business.
Chad is the best from all the rest
If there was a choice where I wouldn't have to choose a star, that would be the first and only choice. Reserved a 10ft truck, more than a week ago, and on the day before I move, they say that the truck is unavailable. Anyone who knows what its like to pack and get things organized its a nightmare. Having incompetent and unreliable service is much worse. This is unacceptable. Now just so we don't have to break contract, (Even though U-Haul did already) we have to travel 200 miles round trip to retrieve a 10ft. truck. And I leave tomorrow. Find another reliable truck rental company in Grand Forks, NOT U-HAUL.
Understaffed incompetence runs like crazy here. They had what I needed but waiting 30 minutes for a staff member to help is awful buying a trailer is easier...
