I stored my stuff here for about a year, and these guys were the friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever dealt with. I could access my stuff 24/7 like it was a extra room in my house but just down the road. I loved it!
have had a unit there for about 9 months, and most of it went off without a hitch. Although I plan to leave soon, I have been on autopay for the last several months. I asked them to change the date the payment drafts just for reasons of simple convenience , they told me they could not because they would have to "reset" the account of some similar nonsense. Later on, the date they actually drafted my account changed without any explanation provided to me. This alone is not the reason for the one star rating. As I previously mentioned I have been on autopay for months, I went to my storage unit to put several large boxes into it that cannot be stored elsewhere. Upon my arrival at the storage unit I found a large red lock barring me from access to my things. If I had not paid them I would entirely understand, but I had, I am on autopay. For in excess of $70 dollars a month, I should not have to be worried about being inexplicably locked out of my things, I find that completely unacceptable. If they tightened the ship up a little bit I would find them to be either 4 or 5 stars. But in my mind this short coming was catastrophic.
Its the nicest storage facility in the area!
