i called to complain about one of their drivers cutting me off in a 40 mph zone, i had to slam on my breaks and swerve out of the driver (joe) way. when i called i was upset so i did swear yet the (to my understanding owner, if memory serves me correctly his name was mike) after hour reps i talked to him and he told me to "told me to suck his dick and tell my wife to get off my nuts," i did call back to make sure i heard him correctly and he did admit to it, and i have him admitting to it on recording and he claimed that i miss understood him. when i called back during normal business hours the woman i talked to (julia) said that is unacceptable for them to do that and she would do everything she can (recorded also) to rectify the situation. then today she called and she said she was offended by my swearing, which i swore while i talked to her on the phone and was not offended, and will not do a thing about what the driver did and the rep said.
Great company. Family owned and operated. Takes amazing care of not just their customers but employees as well.
