I needed a dermatology consultation quickly. Since I am an American living outside of Winnipeg, and have no intention of moving to Canada permanently (unlike half of Hollywood!) I needed to travel to Grand Forks. I've had two visits, both very positive and professional. Jim Hodges, PA was thorough, kind, professional and has addressed a rather complex problem effectively. I will continue to receive my medical care from this clinic during the half of the year when I am in Canada. The medical assistant and office staff were also very good.
I was given two unauthorized, illegal medical tests and was then billed for them. I spent two weeks playing phone tag and being told that I would receive a call back, and never did. I've faced nothing but a lack of professionalism and infringement upon my rights.
I will be taking any legal action that I can, and I advise that if you don't want to be taken advantage of by a company that lacks empathy and an understanding of the law, do not go to them.
They ran extra tests on an associate of mine without consent, then charged them for those tests and refused to work with them for billing.
