Never going back here again after I went while wearing an Overwatch shirt and got mistreated as though because I'm a girl I must suck at video games, with swearing involved in his comments. Completely unprofessional to swear and direct sexist comments at me, I did not initiate this conversation and just wanted to order my food. Trash employees. I'm disappointed I can't give 0 stars.
Staff here is friendly and does the best they can for being understaffed like most food places in town. As for comments about racism, I was shocked to hear this and have never experienced it myself. After reading the review accusing this it seems pretty ignorant to me as there are not any white or Caucasian people working here from what I have experienced. BTW American is not a race it is a nationality. I would suggest to the person writing the review claiming racism that it was likely not about race but rudeness. I have worked in food service in the past and unfortunately many customers treat the workers like dirt and then believe they are being mistreated. SAD.

Susan and her staff are amazing. Every time I show up they greet me with a warm smile and a gentle hello. I don’t know where the other user gets raciest from, I am Caucasian and they have no raciest remarks towards me at all. There are other places in the mall (cosmic space) where they are super rude and aggressive. Not to mention over priced and hardly ever there. I went there for a phone repair and was not greeted and the gentleman whom I think is the manager was rude and kept leaving. People need to realize that we are in 2017 and people are very welcoming to anyone. The raciest comment is very offensive and I know that this business doesn’t have any raciest employees. The original poster needs to stop throwing shade and grow up! Pretzel maker is the bomb dot com!
