Great beer and comfy setting. Laid back go to the bar and order when you want. Love not having someone checking on me every few minutes. Pretty busy for a Thursday night, great to see local support of a new business!
Great pizza, bread & butter. Had the Golden Ale, loved it! Cool atmosphere and l like that you can sit and look out.
Love this place! Both Rhombus and Half Bros are two awesome Breweries that are great additions that make this town that much better. Make sure to try the pizza because it rocks! So many options for topping and it's wood fire, which is a super nice switch up. Also, good prices and obviously great beer! Also, also, love Chad (the owner) he's awesome and always there working his ass off. Respect a guy like that. Always willing to stop and chat too. Try the bully brew beer! Awesome choice! This place is a must stop if you're passing through or just passing by.
Our son told us about Chad and the opening of Half Brothers Brewing Company and we gave it a try the next time we were in Grand Forks. We had amazing food, we had the chips and salsa and tried the Insalata Pizza, the presentation was wonderful. We love that you can sit and see all the brewing equipment and the live music is a great addition. It has a cool relaxed vibe, great to sit and visit, family friendly and we plan on bringing our friends the next time we come to town. Great addition to the downtown area.
Nice open atmosphere. The pizza was light, tasty, and well-balanced. The silo sandwich had too much bread for my needs, but the inner part of the sandwich was flavorful. Didn't have any beer, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
