Staff was extremely helpful with my new laptop and printer purchase. They had sold out of the 2 in 1that I wanted but offered to assist with a site to store option. I was able to pick it up a few days later.
Went in to look for a movie for my 11 year old son. A worker said he would help me look for it and then walked away and didn't come back. I saw him helping someone else.
Very impressed with how knowledgeable the associats are about their products. Great product selection too.
If you need it now then Best Buy is the way to go. Otherwise buy your electronics online. It's less expensive.
