I thought this was a very organized, clean, nice selection store with good prices. But i never got past the bags at the front (i was on a mission), however staff and hours were great. I'd go back tomorrow if i could to check out the rest of the store (it reminded me of the Bay)
I was in a weekish ago. I was greeted the moment I walked in which was nice and was browsing around was asked if I needed help by various employees which was nice, I’m doing early Christmas shopping and went to find a specific thing I asked the beauty girl that was working if they had said item I was looking for she very rudely said I don’t know and just walked away and didn’t bother to look or help me she didn’t seem to know her job very well and blew me off, I glanced at her nametag because her attitude and customer service skills were sub par it started with an M I believe, I carried on found the item I was looking for and moved my way through the store. It’s messy, a little disorganized in a lot of places and the racks are packed with stuff it deters me from wanting to continue my shopping, I still continue on, annoyed at this point. I take my finds and coupons and go to check out and I’m heckled by an older lady trying to push the store card on me I said no 3 or 4 times and she kept putting the discount on to “show me” what I’d save I was hoping it would be a quick in and out of the checkout but it wasn’t due to her talking to other people while helping me,trying to pressure me into a card and then heckle me for the survey it made me very uncomfortable and I as I stopped at the door to grab my keys I heard her talking about me to a coworker as I’m not even out of the door yet!!! Chances are I won’t be in this store again and I’ll just shop kohls online.
Great store, helpful employees. They also facilitate contract work. We had a fence built in our backyard. Lowes supplied the materials, gave us a rough quote with some good options and found a contractor. We paid Lowes and got credit terms through Lowes for the job. Contractor came out and did the work. All in all, very happy with the experience and fence.
Linda, the sales associate that helped me was awesome. I believe she went above and beyond to help me find the things I was looking for!!
