Came here for a shoe shine and a tie. Overall Men's Warehouse has always been reasonably priced. The place was clean, well organized and the staff offered their help straight away. My only complaint is they didn't know how to work NFC payments, even though their terminals support it.
I came in and bought a suit for a formal event. The suit was promised to me at a specific time. My wife showed up to pick up my suit which was only an hour and a half before the event and was told that it wouldn't be ready for a couple days. I didn't have another suit to wear to this event. The manager on duty pretty much told me that I was on my own. When i went back into the store to get my money back the manager was hanging all over her boyfriend in the middle of the store. Worst experience possible, wouldn't recommend this store to anyone...shame because they do have nice cloths.
