I absolutely LOVE Kristen's Bridal. I have got prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and my wedding gown, as well as shoes and accessories from this store and could not be happier about it! The owner, employee's and seamstresses are all very nice, honest, and helpful people. They definitely made sure I was going to be all smiles on my wedding day by making sure my dress fit to a 'T' and that my bridesmaid dresses would come in a nice timely manner. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a specialty dress or even tuxedos, Kristen's is a great store!
I had a wedding this weekend and had to get my tux from them. I was fitted for a tux but when I got it, it was a lot bigger on me than it should have been. They told me that they could not alter it since it was a rental. They told me the next day they gave me suspenders which they didn't. Meanwhile, they did alter my uncle's tux?! They need to get their act together. I did not like having a shirt and pants that large on me.

I just got married a week ago on the 32 year anniversary of our first date,and a week before the wedding,at my man's insistence,decided to purchase a new dress at Kristen's Bridal,and Boy,did I pick the right place!!! Nancy,the owner,and Mary,the seamstress,bent over backwards for me,and treated me like a Queen!!! The dress they helped me pick was a soft pink,and So Flattering!!! I also got my shoes,and all my accessories there,with their help,including my veil and tiara,and everything was Perfect!!! I looked Fantastic,and I took my man's breath away when I walked in the door,which is the idea!! Thank you so much,ladies,for helping me to pull this together in such a short time!!!
