I went in to change my address because my aunt recently switched the account into my name. The lady told me she couldn't change my address even though I had a paper stating I needed to go in and change my address. I showed her it and she still said she can't change my address. So I went to the one downtown and they changed it no problem.
Staff was friendly, I was here for work but if I lived in the area I would likely bank here.
