I sent a service requesst to this company on December 3, 2007. Miranda in dispatch failed to tell me that they couldn't send out a regular tech. She told me Dan would be taking care of my call. I called and left several messages for Dan, w/o a return call. I finally got a hold of Dan and he assured me it would be taken care of. It is now February 6, 2008 and again I cannot get a hold of Dan and no one else in the company has been very helpful.
