Ups is the best so many options to divert delivery or do online signing tracking is always accurate and dependable. If you have to go to customer service there are no surprises.
Sometimes, i would prefer someone else, even DHL, over UPS to deliver my packages.
Last week they delivered my wifes diamond necklace to the wrong area of town all together. Paid for 1 day shipping and it took them an extra 3 days to get it to my house.
Can't make it on time was told by 7pm and got it at 8:56 don't give a time if u can't keep on time
They don't even bother to come into my building anymore. Just leave the attempted delivery sticker on the outside door. Three tries, send it back. I even entered my door code into my UPS account so the guy could get in. Does he? No that'd be too hard. So I either get it delivered to one of their drop off point or it'll get sent back.
Hate this company. Don't even attempt to deliver just leave a notice until it gets sent to a store for me to pick up. Thanks to them my daughter 2 years old will wake up tomorrow on her birthday excited to open her gift that is not here because I can't pick it up until they stop leaving notices.
If i could give no stars i would. I seen the driver drive by my house at 2:30 pm. It is now 6pm and he has still not shown up. Ive been waiting for this package for weeks now and finally its the delivery date.
