Immediately upon entering the store, I felt attacked by the employee working. The employee was highly unprofessional in assessing my consumer needs and was aggressive when it came to me actually stating the type of service I needed. Without any consideration, the employee exasperatedly informed me there was "no way" I could rent what I needed to. The customer service I received was all around poor, made me feel like I was burdening the business (when I made simple requests), and demonstrated abysmal flexibility. I would never attempt to rent from this location ever again due to the lack of professionalism.
