Did a good job with boots but horrible people skills. Had an attitude when I dropped off and picked them up plus using profanity and didn't care who heard. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend.

I have been going to Service Shoe Repair for years and have yet to had a negative experience. They have re-soled a pair of sandals--twice--that I've had for over 8 years. They have stitched torn shoe straps back on, put zippers in coats and suitcases, switched difficult to buckle shoe straps over to velcro closures. All for very resonable prices. You name it, they can probably do it! I'm a loyal customer for as long as they stay in business.
