They are horrible, I recommend that Noone use them. Because I'm pregnant and just recently moved in with two small kids, it took them days to come fix a stove and a broken window in the heart of the cold weather to come fix it. They take their time, and say they will come, but you won't even see them in hours or even days. Once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
So far they have worked with us on multiple issues. Heidi has been easy to work with when we transferred from one complex to another.
Office Staff must have been having a bad day. Not very friendly. Have not rented, but just a short phone call turned me off right away.
My family (2 adults, 1 child) has been with Hampton Management for almost 4 years now, and it has been a great experience living here! We started out in a one bedroom apartment and have recently moved to the newer Steeples apartments. Maintenance and office staff have been very nice, punctual, usually quick to answer any questions or help us if we have a problem, and are easy to work with. I've done a lot of research trying to find the best apartment situation around Grand Forks (I consider spacious and reasonably-priced apartments to be the highest quality), and Hampton Management is the best out there...large apartments, nice porch space, and we haven't had too much trouble with neighbors. Especially in the Steeples apartments, we very rarely hear our neighbors at all, and they all seem very kind. Many young families and retired folks live here. We are a happy family living with Hampton Management! I highly recommend them!
Stay away, dont rent from them.. They accuse former residents who have left the apartments in good shape and clean of fraud. They use photos that arent the actual apartment.. Different walls, different windows, different bathroom fixtures, and much much more. They ask for thousands of dollars in damage.. Fraud, Fraud Fraud.. A horrid place! Beware!!
