Let me first start off by saying what poor management. A lady named Sapphire in management for the Autumn Ridge departments is next to nothing worth no help.
I have been in customer service a very long time, and that is most certainly something you don't say to someone because everyone's situation is different.
This is due to the fact that a vast majority of rental properties in the city are concentrated to a small number of oppressive agents that work together to fix the market and create an unethical atmosphere where the tenant is at a large disadvantage from the get-go.
I am moving over 2000 miles away, and they are trying to charge me for an extra month of rent after my lease is ending.
The landlords love to reap where they never sowed, and demand a rent for the natural produce of the earth. The "landlord rights" originate from robbery where they exploit the tenants for every penny and every dollar. The cost of rent in this city is tremendously high for an area with a worker shortage and a large amount of vacant rooms and buildings.

I’ve had such a good experience renting from the Richfield Office with Goldmark. They have been so friendly to me as I was trying to figure everything out and extremely quick at answering questions when I emailed them. Thank you Richfield for the amazing apartment that I rented!
And for Goldmark, I hope you find better management who know how to deal with situations.
If there are people like this that are representing Goldmark, I would highly advise against renting through them. Go somewhere else in Grand Forks.
I have enjoyed my experience with Goldmark, they are knowledgeable and explain things when I have questions. I would highly recommend Goldmark to friends or family.
Tenants should be treated as an end in themselves and not as a means to a profit.
After living in Grand Forks for over 6 years now, and renting from 3-4 management companies, I have never dealt with a better property management company. Goldmark has treated me so well since I moved into my Sterling Pointe townhome. They are very understanding and were always willing to help when issues arose with the move in process or with questions on the lease. I've had two maintenance issues that were fixed almost immediately with no concerns at all. I've loved Goldmark since I've moved in and have never been more pleased with a property management company as I am now.
