If barbecues and picnics are more your thing there are facilities for that as well!
It's a beautiful Park- a nice place to walk, have picnics, do outdoor activities.
Then in the summer you can go deep enough into the park that you barely hear the road.
Lincoln Drive Park has a good balance of green spaces and structures/activities. In the winter they had this tacky holiday drive-through event, but it was still a lot of fun. The dikes are good for sledding in the winter as well.
The park looked beautiful overall but the dog park is this tiny fenced off area, the size of a large backyard, and packed with dogs. No one has control of their dogs so they’re all barking at the gate as you enter. No trail and just a few trees. Plenty of open space they could have extend out into, not sure why they didn’t. Pretty bummed :(
1st day the park open. Disappointed little bitten that's one up but overall pretty nice it's nice to have skate rentals Prost contrary mantles and the sled rentals.
Great place for recreation. I play lots of frisbee golf here! Well kept park. Not always busy.
