They made my sandwich wrong and sloppy normally they are great just not this time

Firehouse has, hands down, the most friendly and competent staff around here. Always willing to keep you in the know of the latest deals, always working to raise funding for the Public Safety Foundation, and always ready to serve you quickly and efficiently. Also the only place in town that has warmly greeted me every visit. Patron for life for all the right reasons.
Good food. Went in one morning and the worker behind the counter seemed upset that I was there placing a order. It was before lunch rush. So I do not understand why it seemed a inconvenience I was there? Amazing food though!
The prices are okay. The food is great though, especially if you like the meat to bread ratio to favor the meat. My one criticism of this place is subjective, bit sometimes they go pretty light on the sauce, which leaves the sub a little dry. The cherry limeade is the best though! My favorite part about the restaurant though is the firehouse theme. The option to round up to the next dollar for charity is a low pressure, inexpensive way to promote donation.
