Very slow every time I go there. Wait in line for an hour while you can hear/see 2 people sitting in the back shooting the bull. (Both times I was there) The lady who helped me seemed to be having some kind of panic attack or nervous breakdown while helping me. She was crying and super anxious. (not by my fault, I was courteous and calm/polite the whole time). Then I had to come back again and wait another hour when I found she misspelled 1 of the 2 titles I was getting done. A couple months later I realize the tags were already expired and I had to pay another $57 to renew my tags. This was a new title/plates after moving to ND and my tags are only good for a couple months????? New registration also say I'm an out of state registration with my old address, but my original docs all show my new ND address.
Hours are stupid, and to small the average wait time is about an hour. It seems like a Walmart where only one checkout is open! They are also very unhelpful with any paperwork!
Absolutely useless and unhelpful. I had a typo and got ran around for a few hours even with my bill of sale backing my word up. If you ask me, they need to hire some individuals who are willing to actually be helpful.
And, what kind of hours are 8:30-4:15pm. Can't get there before or after work. SILLY!!!
Not willing to work with their customers or dealers to get correct paperwork filled out. When asked to call dealership with questions on a form, I was told "that's not my job." Not impressed with the service, not impressed with the attitude, not impressed with the wait - typical DMV
Least friendly dmv I have EVER gone to. The hours of operation are super unrealistic.
