Steamatic of Grand Forks North Dakota did a professional and timely removal of sheet rock and insulation that was contaminated with black mold. They installed containment around the area in which they were working and provided HEPA filtration to maintain negative pressure within the containment. They also provided a qualified subcontractor for before and after mold testing and provided us with a price for that service which was conducted at our choice.
They did a thorough job of clean up both during the remediation process and upon final removal of the containment once the post remediation tests were available. The comparison of pre and post test demonstrated a significant reduction of mold levels. We are very pleased with their work.
Literally went out of their way to clean up a fuel oil spill!
