I have never been so upset with a company in my life. I just moved here from Florida and put my trust of my wedding ring to riddles. Now my wedding ring comes back off center and grundgy. After calling the store for updates I still had to call to see if it had come in and was created by a young lady who acted as though customer service was not apart of her job. My wedding ring the thing I have dreamed of is messed up due to you guys. I consider myself a very well involved person in the nation and if will make it a point to tell everyone I know to avoid you. Thousands of dollars later and I'm disappointed, that's wrong.

Always greeted by the nicest people. Everyone there was so helpful and patient while my now husband and I searched for a ring to match the vision I had. We go back every 6 months for a cleaning. Would recommend this store to everyone.
