More professional and caring insurance agent I've ever dealt with. He takes care of business and his office staff are awesome!
Horrible, absolutely horrible. His policyholder ran a stop sign and slammed into me. I have video proof of the entire interaction with his policyholder admitting three separate times she ran the stop sign. My insurance had determined fault before American Family would even start investigating. Not only did he refuse to provide any assistance to get the claim moving, he told me how he has a different story and hung up on me. He didn't even watch the video to see how his policyholder was nothing more than a worthless liar. The least he could have done is guide me to someone who would have actually been willing to help. WORTHLESS, absolutely worthless. Both my insurance's adjuster and myself had to call American Family numerous times to get them to even start investigating the claim.
Very unprofessional staff, the secretary is a ditz rates are over priced and Mr. Larson doesn't do anything to help his customers. I would suggest shopping around with other Insurance companies.
Best Insurance Agency by far. Brian has been my agent for 30 plus years. Car accidents, teen drivers, house fire, all incidents handled in an outstanding manner! Not always resolved like I wanted, but showed me the "why" behind my claim. I never worry about Insurance! Brain and his staff are great people & have earned my business over & over again. Highly recommended!!
